The result of the project was the creation of a Promarketing Control System prototype that incorporates all of the processes designed by our team and the functionalities required by the client’s users. Several iterations of the solution enabled us to address the client’s goals, delivering the project on time and within budget.
Client
Promarketing Control is a law agency specialising in advising businesses on managing and controlling their commercial activities from a legal perspective. Their flagship product, Promarketing Control System, is an all-in-one software platform that helps companies to streamline their sales and marketing operations.
Need
The client needed our assistance with the overall design of the platform, including creating efficient business processes, determining the necessary features and functionality, designing visually appealing graphics and writing persuasive copy. Our team provided comprehensive support throughout the entire process of creating the Promarketing Control System platform.
Workflow
Research & Discovery
We began by conducting extensive research and discovery within our workshops to understand the needs and pain points of the system’s users. This involved interviewing stakeholders, designing processes using BPMN 2.0 notation and examining the competition.
Our challenge in this phase was meeting the client’s needs while staying within the established budget. To achieve this, we conducted lengthy and intensive workshops to agree on the scope of work to be carried out by defining the priorities of all platform’s functionalities.
Strategy & Planning
Based on our research, we defined the project’s objectives, identified the target audience and developed a product roadmap. We created user flows and user stories to encapsulate all our gathered knowledge. Additionally, we conducted a competitive analysis to identify areas where we could differentiate the Promarketing Control System from its competitors.
The obstacle we encountered in this phase was aligning the project goals with the client’s business objectives. To overcome this, we conducted several workshops with the client to ensure our strategy aligned with their objectives.
Design & Prototyping:
In this phase, we developed UX/UI sitemaps, wireframes, and mockups, to visualize the new system. We incorporated feedback from the client and users to refine the design.
In this phase, our challenge was to create an intuitive and user-friendly design that could accommodate extensive and complex tables and charts and a considerable amount of text to be displayed on the screens. To overcome this, we conducted several rounds of testing and implementing new versions to validate the effectiveness of our design.
